trainED is an outgrowth and extension of Lathrop GPM – a full-service law firm with a national higher education practice. trainED is a nationally recognized provider of higher education training and compliance services, specializing in issues pertaining to Title IX and the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). Our experienced legal professionals have worked extensively on a wide range of higher education compliance issues, finding innovative solutions to protect institutions and their communities.
Our team has:
- Provided training to students, faculty, staff, administrators, and other key personnel from over 300 higher education institutions in nearly all 50 states.
- Developed training for schools ranging in size from a few hundred students to nearly 50,000 students, and from public state universities to private faith-based institutions.
