Pamela Kovacs
Pamela Kovacs is an investigator and adjudicator with trainED. She conducts higher education investigations for institutions, including sexual misconduct investigations. She also serves as an adjudicator of sexual misconduct matters and other alleged policy violations on behalf of institutions. As a member of the trainED team, she has a clear understanding of the legal landscape for higher education institutions, including the Clery Act, Title IX, and VAWA.
