Laura Farley

Laura is an investigator and adjudicator with trainED, focusing on sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-related violence, and protected class discrimination and harassment cases on behalf of higher education institutions. In her legal practice, she advises and defends employers in complex employment litigation and compliance matters. She handles all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice and mediation, and counsels clients on navigating administrative processes before agencies such as the EEOC and state counterparts.
