Jake Lorence

Jake is an investigator and adjudicator with trainED, focusing on sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-related violence, and protected class discrimination and harassment cases on behalf of higher education institutions. As a prior United States Air Force JAG, Jake has extensive experience investigating and adjudicating claims of sexual assault, sexual harassment, domestic violence, and dating violence. In his legal practice, Jake represents and counsels employers on a broad range of employment and labor law matters. He also has experience conducting and advising on investigations relating to employment misconduct allegations.
