Over the past few years, the federal government has issued new requirements and guidance concerning how institutions should prevent, respond to, and remedy instances of sexual misconduct on campus. In addition, the public has increased its scrutiny of institutions’ practices as news of mishandled complaints and resulting lawsuits gain media attention.
In light of these pressures placed on institutions, we are offering a 60-minute training for senior leadership on campus to assist in understanding at a high level their institutions’ obligations and risks followed by a 30-minute Q&A Session.
Participants will leave this training with a better understanding of their institutions’ current obligations and their role in leading their administrations in implementing effective compliance plans.
