Cicely Miltich is an investigator and adjudicator with trainED. She conducts investigations into sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-related violence, and protected class discrimination and harassment cases on behalf of higher education institutions. Cicely also serves as an outside adjudicator for higher education institutions in matters involving allegations of sexual misconduct and other prohibited conduct. Cicely has a deep understanding of the legal landscape governing higher education institutions, including the Clery Act, Title IX, and VAWA.

In her legal practice at Lathrop GPM, Cicely regularly counsels employers, including colleges and universities, on a full range of employment matters, such unfair labor practices, grievance arbitrations, leave and disability issues, employment and severance agreements, non-competes and other post-employment restrictions, and employee handbooks and policies.. Additionally, Cicely has handled countless administrative charges of employment discrimination and unfair labor practices before federal, state, and local agencies, as well employment-related litigation in state and federal courts.
